We offer a 30-day exchange or return policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Just keep in mind that there are a few terms and conditions to consider.
Exchanges
There are no fees for exchanging an item, however, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
We don't charge shipping for sending the item back out to you.
Returns
Yes, we take back returns!
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee when refunded onto the original payment method.
We do not profit from the fee. It goes to cover shipping fees, bank fees, and the cost of human time in preparing and dispatching your order.
To avoid the restocking fee, the full amount can be refunded as store credit instead.
Exceptions
We cannot take back "Clearance" or "Final Sale" items, helmets, consumables (eg. oils & cleaners), special orders, or gift cards.
