On orders over $250 within Australia: FREE

International: Varies between $17 to $45 (NZD) depending on weight.

We trust Australia Post with all of our parcels. They are able to reach every country, and regional areas of Australia where many couriers can't deliver to.

We can also deliver to PO boxes and Parcel Lockers.

We are an Australian company but we deliver across the world with very few exclusions in the EU.

Our shipping costs reflect:

• The cost to ship the goods to Australia
• Customs and import taxes we pay on your behalf
• The fact that we're in the corner of the map
• Our suppliers are generally overseas (Especially from the UK and USA) so the goods cover a great distance
• The weight of your goods

We do not overcharge for shipping under any circumstances and do not make profit off any shipping.

From fulfilment, it should take:

Within Australia: Roughly 2-5 days

To New Zealand: 1-2 weeks

International: 3-4 weeks

This is excluding holiday periods or Covid related restrictions.

Global supply chain challenges can affect these shipping times.

At Miss Moto we try to cater to as wide of a variety of riders as possible.

It's difficult to keep an extensive size range actively in stock.

Our sizes often go from 2XS to 5XL, in multiple colours, and in varying lengths (for pants).

So we keep the most common styles in stock, and can order them in ad hoc if we don't have your size ready.

If we have all the products you're after, we can fulfil your order within 24 hours.

If we need to order it in, it may take about a week to fulfil your order as we are ordering from the UK and USA.

Yes, we offer free tracking on all our orders at no extra cost.

We'll correspond with Australia Post on your behalf to work out what happened and if needed, send a replacement out to you. The original, damaged product will need to come back to us before we can send out another one.

Because we don't operate in your country (as we are based in Australia) we are not liable for any customs, duty, or local taxes that you may be charged.

We are also charged customs and taxes when the goods first arrive into Australia.
